Quotes provided by phone, email, or through our website are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. Hourly plans are billed per the minimums stated on our Services page.
Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment. Emergency call-outs are subject to availability.
Eligible work is covered by the labor warranty stated in your service plan (30 days, 6 months, or 1 year depending on the plan). The guarantee covers workmanship, not defects in customer-supplied materials or unrelated pre-existing issues.
Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing for larger projects, which may be billed in stages.
Fixterlab is licensed and insured. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service, except where the law does not permit such a limitation.
